Further Steps
We will arrange for the relevant teacher or member of the admin team to speak to you and help resolve any issues. Our staff will discuss the issue and agree a suitable action or let you know when they will get back to you with a solution.
If you are not completely satisfied with this then the next step will be for a member of our senior team to speak to you to take the matter further. This will be one of the deputy heads or the headteacher. If you need to speak to a member of the senior team then please request using the form or ask our staff member to help with arranging the call or meeting.
